Gene, as founder and president of GW
Homes, works with our team members to
provide you with the home of your dreams.
It is his mission to make sure that
our high quality homes stay at an affordable
level and he personally makes sure that
our team is providing the best service
and assistance to our customers.
Joyce – Director of
Sales
Joyce is the sales director for GW Homes
and it is her job to help our customers
through the contract process. She will
be happy to meet with you to view any
of our beautiful homes, and will help
you with everything from finding a perfect
home site to signing your contract.
She will also be with you at your settlement.
Daniel
– Administrator/Service Coordinator
As the administrator, Daniel
assists with customer relations as well
as a variety of items to make all aspects
of the building process go smoothly.
He manages the Service System where
our customers can send service requests
after the settlement of their homes.
It is his job to make sure customers
are getting the service they deserve.
Daniel will be your single point of contact after the building process to help answer any questions and address your needs.
Harold –
Construction Manager
Harold’s job is to make sure everything
on the jobsite goes smoothly and according
to plans. He supervises all subcontractor
work and makes sure that all work is
done to GW Homes' strict standards of
excellence and quality. He also conducts
all on site meetings with customers.
Harold will also be available after
the construction of your home by providing
assistance with service requests and
your one-year check-up.
