At this time you must decide what the
main features of your home will be.
The design of your home can be determined
by many factors including the shape
and size of your lot, your budget, the
number of rooms, any special needs,
your lifestyle, and your imagination.
We will ask you several questions to
get an idea of your requirements
and all the details you would like to
incorporate in your new home. Keep in
mind any future plans you may have.
If you feel you may add onto your home
in the future, be sure to let us know
so we can design for the future. If
you are looking for a more traditional
look, the design elements in the home
will be different than if you were looking
for a contemporary or modern look.
If we create a custom
plan we will begin a Design Agreement.
When the initial draft is finished we
will meet with you again so you can
approve the design and make any changes
that may be necessary.
After the final draft
has been created, and the contract has
been signed; your plans will then be
officially drafted and detailed blueprints
created. These blueprints will contain
the information GW Homes will need in
order to build your home.
