In order to keep you informed and up
to date with the building process of
your new home, GW Homes gives you the
opportunity to schedule walkthroughs
of your home with the Construction Manager
at your request. Although you can schedule
a walkthrough of your home at any time
during construction with your Sales
Representative, construction walkthroughs
will give you a chance to talk about
all the inner workings of your home
and a great opportunity to ask questions
about any technical information you
would like to know that the Sales Representative
may not be able to answer for you.
 The Pre-Drywall
Walkthrough usually takes place
just before the drywall is installed
in your home. The Construction Manager
will help you to understand the framing
and mechanical systems in your home.
This will also be your main opportunity
to ask technical questions you may have.
The Two-Week
Walkthrough usually takes place
1-2 weeks before the settlement of your
home. The Construction Manager will
take this time to go through your home
with you and create a list of items
that need to be addressed before settlement.
At this point the home is not yet complete
and “finished”. We expect
there to be items on this two-week walkthrough
list.
