Step 3 - Contract & Selection Meeting
At your contract & selection meeting, you will be presented with your purchase agreement and various addenda that constitute the legal understanding for the purchase of your home. This meeting will also give you a clear overview of the final selection process. All paperwork will be explained to you before you sign and by this point you will have had several meetings with the GW Homes staff and will feel comfortable.

During this meeting we will document the exciting process of personalizing your new home. The Selection’s Manager will guide you through the final selection of options and help your create your home to have to the look and feel your desire in the most cost effective way. There are many options available. Please allow a couple of hours for this step and dress comfortably.
