under a separate warranty issued by
the manufacturer of the product itself.
Companies like Andersen, Therma-Tru,
Timberline, and GE usually have extended
warranties on their products. Warranty
information on all of these products
will be included with the packet you
will receive at settlement. You may
also want to check out the web sites
for these companies for further details. If you have a concern
with one of the products that have warranties
beyond the one year warranty that GW
HOMES provides, please contact that
product’s manufacturer for assistance.
