the process that we use to make sure
your concerns are addressed in a timely
fashion. This is what makes the GW post-building
experience so unique. You can be sure
that we will be there for you after
your home has been built just as we
where throughout your entire homebuilding
experience. Through the Customer Care
System you will be able to request Service
and Warranty work to be done by GW HOMES
and its team of subcontractors when
you have a concern. Our system has based
its guidelines off of; the 2-10 Homebuyer’s
Warranty and the Residential Construction
Performance Guidelines which were provided
to you at your settlement.

The first year covers Cosmetic
Defects, such as nail pops
and drywall cracks, and Immediate Warranty
Items such as misaligned
doors and cabinets. The first 2 Years covers System Defects such as if you lost heat or electricity. You will also be protected
from Structural Defects for 10 Years. Please read your 2-10
